A free 15-minute consultation - this is an opportunity for us to meet, discuss your aims and expectations, for you to ask me any questions about me or my approach to therapy, and enable us to decided if we can work together. Delivered via Zoom.

Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled time are chargeable at the full fee.
