2022 Personal Therapy - face-to-face

Service Description

One-to-one therapy for adults in the UK at my private practice in East Suffolk. I offer both short and long-term therapy. In an initial session, we will discuss your aims for therapy and agree a professional contract. I usually see clients weekly on a set agreed time and day, for 50-minute sessions, but this can be discussed on a case-by-case basis. For most clients, I recommend an initial six sessions, after which we will review your therapeutic aims, and conclude or extend as needed. I have a limited number of reduced-cost sessions for clients who are students or on low income. Please contact me directly to discuss. Cancellation Policy

Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled time are chargeable at the full fee.
