Personal Therapy - Zoom

Service Description

One-to-one therapy for adults (aged 18+) Delivered remotely via Zoom (online videoconferencing software). I offer both short and long-term therapy. In an initial session, we will discuss your aims for therapy and agree a professional contract. I usually see clients weekly on a set agreed time and day, for 50-minute sessions, but this can be discussed on a case-by-case basis. For most clients, I recommend an initial six sessions, after which we will review your therapeutic aims, and conclude or extend as needed. Counselling work is subject to English law with the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales. I have a limited number of reduced-cost sessions for clients who are students or on low income. Please contact me directly to discuss. Cancellation Policy

Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled time are chargeable at the full fee.
